Peptide Stack
Preparation
Reconstitute all peptides with bacteriostatic water. Store at 2-8°C and use within 2-4 weeks. Can be administered subcutaneously or some users apply GHK-Cu topically.
Administration
GHK-Cu daily (evening), BPC-157 daily (morning), TB-500 twice weekly. All subcutaneous injections. Rotate sites. Some users also apply GHK-Cu topically to target areas.
Monitoring
Track skin texture, tone, elasticity, and appearance of scars or fine lines. Take progress photos weekly in consistent lighting. Most users see improvements by week 3-4.
Expected Timeline
Week 1-2: Improved skin hydration. Week 3-6: Enhanced complexion, reduced fine lines. Week 7-10: Continued collagen synthesis, scar remodelling, and overall skin quality improvement.
